Price for double occupance: From £80

Price for single occupance: From £70

For stays of 3 nights or more receive a 10% discount on the above prices

Prices: Include Bed & Breakfast, based on double occupancy unless otherwise stated

Children: Under 5 free, aged 5 to 12 half price of adult charge (based on children sharing room with adult)

Dogs: Well behaved dogs are welcome strictly by arrangement as we only have one dog friendly room.

Payment: We accept all major credit cards, cash, personal cheques or Paypal on your departure.

Check-In at 3:00pm      (Earlier by arrangement)

Check-Out at 11:00am   (Later by arrangement)

Cancellation Policy:

A credit/debit card number or deposit is required as guarantee for your booking. Our cancellation and no show policy will apply only once your booking has been confirmed. If you cancel 7 days or less before your check in date, we will charge a one night cancellation fee per room. If you have not cancelled your booking and do not check in we will impose a “no show” charge, the charge will be the total amount of your booking.
