Airlie House Bed and Breakfast is a beautiful early 1900’s Scottish villa situated in the village of bonnie Strathyre and sits amidst wonderful countryside with rolling hills on all sides.

There is plenty of private parking at the front of the house.

A sitting room with log fire for those cold winter days & a small library is available for guests use.

From the dining room enjoy the views of Ben Vane & Arnandave Hill and the surrounding countryside.

The house is wheelchair friendly.

We welcome Cyclists & Walkers, drying facilities are available.

Dogs - Well behaved dogs are welcome by arrangement.

Guest Rooms
The bedrooms & bathrooms are appointed to a high standard. They are centrally heated,
and include a television, hairdryer and hospitality tray with speciality teas.
All the rooms have en-suite bathrooms with both a bath & shower, shaver point & Scottish Soaps toiletries.

Lubnaig, Doine & Voil have a picturesque view of Benn Sheann with its summit rising above the trees
on the hillside beyond the river and Earn is at the back of the house with a view of the hillsides wild landscape belonging to the village.

Lubnaig - is a super king/twin bedded en-suite room on the ground floor at the front of the

house. There is enough room for an additional single bed if required.

Doine & Voil - are all double en-suite rooms with king-size beds at the front of the house and are on the first floor.
